It was all over the media yesterday. The court hearing the Meraj Rahman plea that Maanyata wass still his legally wedded wife ruled that he was right and that means the much publicised Sanjay Dutt- Maanyata marriage is illegal. Ha hah hah hah.

What a state of affairs for a murderer, an anti national and a sham Baba. He got married to Maanyata in Goa, that was deemed illegal. he got married to her according to Hindu rites and that was seen as on shaky grounds as it wasn"t sure that Maanyata had converted to Hinduism before marraige. And now this. Apparently according to the Meraj Rehmans lawyer, Maanyata did go to a Kazi for a divorce (Khula or something) and the Kazi sent two notices to Meraj, but there were no replies. Then he put an ad in the Inquilab  (God how many people read that paper - is that a sure fire way of getting across the notice?) and there was no reply to that either. So thereafter she was granted divorce, but the court has rules that a Kazi is only a medium for filing for divorce and hhe cannot grant a divorce. Eventaully it must be a Court of Law which decides. And in this case Meraj never accepted it, so it was kind of a one sided divorce.

Now this really complicates stuff for the Tada Dutt. First of all his marriage becomes invalid, he may have to start living separately from her and start court proceedings for her to get a proper divorce from Meraj. Whew!. Can you guess how much gaalis Sanjay Dutt must be giving Meraj. WHat a &*&*(%& truble maker. And there is also the little case of illegal marriage and adultery. So the couple formerly known as the Dutts are in a lot of legal trouble. But that shouldn"t be a problem for Sanjay Dutt na? He as it is visits the court for his Tada cases, now he can simply add this one to his basket of cases. All in a days work for such a big star. After with hits like Dhamaal, Shootout At Lokhandwala, and the Munnabhai series (Lage Raho Munna Bhai and Munna Bhai M.B.B.S) he is sitting pretty in the Bollywood hierachy inspite of his legal mess. After all Bollywood is the most notorius suck up industry in India. He does however have a per-historic Mehbooba coming up for release soon. And even his best friend will not agree it will do well. It has been in the making since Bollywood was churning out Black & White films. Hah haha hahahh
